Job Description:
- Having experiences in Inbound and Outbound travel operating.
- At least 1 year experienced in managing & leading a team which delivery services with proven record.
- Handle the problems that may arise with customers.
Requirement:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Tourism, Sales and Marketing (Tourism University) or English language.
- Excellent in 4 skills of English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
- Excellent people skills and is able to give training and coaching to staffs.
Other Skills requirements:
– Computer literate
– Great communication skills
– Great team worker
– Work well under pressure
